A photo taken by a line officer at St Albans City Station has been shortlisted for the national Community Rail Awards photo competition.
The picture by Andy Buckley was submitted on behalf of the Friends of St Albans City Station’and titled ‘Community + Rail Set in stone’.
It shows a community mosaic created by Fleetville primary school just after its unveiling by St Albans Mayor Cllr Jamie Day at the St Albans South Signal Box museum garden.
