Hundreds of customers are expected to flock to The Maltings Shopping Centre tomorrow morning for the long-awaited opening of St Albans’ new Søstrene Grene store.
Shoppers will have the chance to explore the shop’s extensive range of Scandinavian homewares, seasonal décor, furniture, craft collections and lifestyle accessories.
To celebrate opening day, the first 100 customers in the queue when the doors open at 10am will receive a voucher for one of the brand’s woollen throws. Visitors can also enjoy complimentary tote bags filled with selected Søstrene Grene products, alongside live entertainment throughout the launch.
Store manager Ashley Edison said the buzz surrounding the store has been hugely exciting: “A lot of people have been reaching out about asking when the store is opening. The company has a lot of passionate customers and we’ve been swamped by people messaging how excited they are for St Albans.”
Maltings centre manager Richard Marrett said: “The excitement surrounding Søstrene Grene has been phenomenal.
“It’s exactly the kind of brand people have been asking for and brings something completely different to the city – a shopping experience that’s inspiring, affordable, and full of discovery.
