Filming for Doctor Foster in Woodland Drive

Scenes for the third and final series of BBC thriller Doctor Foster are currently filming in Woodland Drive in St Albans.

Created and written by Mike Bartlett, the new five-part run will see Suranne Jones reprise her multi-award-winning role as Gemma Foster, alongside returning cast members Bertie Carvel, and Tom Taylor. Set 10 years afer the previous series, the show will find Gemma facing new threats to her life as her past resurfaces.

Production crews are expected to be in Woodland Drive for the next couple of days, having previously filmed at The Hub restaurant in Verulam Road and another house elsewhere in St Albans.

The show is not expected to air for another year.
