The final preparations are underway for the opening of the new Cosy Club in Christopher Place Shopping Centre at the end of October.
The former French Connection store is being transformed into a glamorous venue fit for all day dining and late-night celebrations and opens its doors on Monday October 27 – but what can you expect?
On arrival, guests will be taken on a nostalgic journey of timeless glamour and elegance with opulent cinematic-inspired interiors, with walls and ceilings adorned with bespoke patterned fabrics, carpets, mirrors and wallpapers, dramatic statement lighting, and sumptuous soft furnishings.
From disco balls to fish tanks, Cosy Club guests will enjoy a stunning bar area and restaurant, as well as a beautiful private dining room and an outdoor seating area, all set to be a new favourite in the city for everything from brunch dates and business lunches to cocktail parties and get-togethers with friends.
Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner menus will feature elevated, modern classics and Cosy Club specials, as well as a great selection of gluten free and vegan options. Chefs will serve up innovative dishes made with quality ingredients from some of the most renowned and passionate producers in the UK, including steaks fit for a King from Royal Warrant holders Aubrey Allen Butchers and sharing Monkey Bread baked especially for Cosy Club by Baker Tom in Cornwall.
Cosy Club St Albans hopes to become the go-to venue for Christmas parties and festive gatherings, with bookings are already open.
Cosy Club managing director Lucy Knowles said: “We are so looking forward to introducing Cosy Club to St Albans. We have created an incredibly special and beautiful space, unlike anything else in the city, where guests can party, drink, dine and celebrate in sumptuous surroundings just in time for autumn and the festive party season.
“From morning to night, we will be serving excellent breakfasts, fabulous brunch, lunch and dinner menus and some of the best cocktails in the city. We look forward to welcoming everyone through the doors at the end of October and to making our mark on St Albans’ social scene.”
