The 15th annual St Albans District Chamber of Commerce’s Community Business Awards have celebrated the outstanding achievements of remarkable individuals and local businesses.
The evening, at St Michael’s Manor, highlighted the incredible contributions of rising stars, entrepreneurs, sustainable champions, and business leaders who are making a significant impact on the business community.
Each finalist was said to exemplify excellence, and their recognition showcased the collaborative and supportive spirit that defines the St Albans district.

The President’s Award was presented to Ginny Cooper, formerly of STANTA, for her unwavering dedication to the local business community. Over nearly 25 years, Ginny’s efforts have been intertwined with the growth and success of countless enterprises in the St Albans district. She was recognised for her significant impact on the journeys of many local businesses, offering friendship, support, and her unparalleled ability to connect and promote others.
Chamber events and marketing manager Claire Stevenson said afterwards: “I was thrilled to bring the Community Business Awards back to the heart of St Albans for an
unforgettable evening of celebration at St Michael’s Manor. The quality of nominations this year was exceptional, presenting a real challenge for our judging panels.
“Each finalist demonstrated remarkable achievements and was truly deserving of recognition. Congratulations to all the winners, finalists, and everyone who contributed to making this event such a success!”
Chamber director and awards host Richard Marrett, centre director at The Maltings, said: “We were absolutely delighted to host the 15th St Albans District Chamber Community Awards.
