Troublemaker singer Olly Murs will be bringing his full arena set to St Albans when he headlines Pub in the Park on September 7.
Olly, who was Take That’s special guest at their This Life tour earlier this year, completed his own ‘Marry Me’ arena tour in 2023.
He is known for performing an energetic and dynamic show, complete with a full band and backing singers. He is bringing the same explosive production to Verulamium Park and Pub in the Park organisers have even had to build a bigger stage to accommodate his arena set.
Tom Kerridge’s food and music festival returns to St Albans for a fifth year from September 6-8, and celebrates the very best of British chefs, restaurants, produce and entertainment.
As well as Olly, the festival also boasts the music headliners Tinie Tempah (Friday evening), Scouting for Girls (Saturday afternoon), and Paloma Faith (Sunday).
Other artists performing include Stereo MCs, Levi Roots, Bob Marley Revival, Guilty Pleasures, Billington & Quinn, Jamie Grey and Pandora.
Each session on the main stage will be opened by a local act selected through a competition being run by locally-based music media company Headliner in the Pioneer Club this summer. The final heats take place on Saturday August 17.
And of course, the festival is renowned for its world class food and drink offering with the very best pubs, restaurants, and chefs from across the UK cooking up a range of small plates from £7 each, inspired by their careers and restaurants – as well as a Pub Special from each restaurant this year for the first time. Alongside these dishes, each restaurant will also have specially designed child-friendly options too, to cater for little ones and families.
