Check out The New Classics at the Hare and Hounds tonight!

The New Classics

Grassroots cover band The New Classics will be belting out all genres of music from funk, soul, pop to rock and country at the Hare and Hounds in Sopwell Lane this evening.

It’s the first of the pub’s new fortnightly live music sessions, which aims to bring something different to the backstreet boozer.

Expect to hear favourite numbers from the likes of Jamiroquai, Stevie Wonder, Phil Collins, Dolly Parton, Earth Wind and Fire, Simply Red and Dua Lipa.

Their line-up includes Kerry O’Neill, who grew up in Redbourn, and St Albans-based drummer Sam Lidlington, with other members drawn from the wider Herts area.

This evening’s gig kicks off at 8pm, and you can see videos of previous performances here: www.instagram.com/thenewclassicsbandofficial
