The return of the county’s most exciting new business event

The Hertfordshire Business Growth Show in 2023.

Following the huge success of last year’s event the Hertfordshire Business Growth Show is back to support local business owners.

The not-for-profit event will be taking place on March 21 2024 at Rothamsted Conference Centre in Harpenden and tickets are going fast with over 150 people having registered so far.

The event will be a unique mix of keynote speakers, business workshops and networking all designed to help and support local business owners.

The show was founded last year by a number of local entrepreneurs and business owners who were all keen to put something back into the local business community.

The aim was to create a unique and exciting event to support local business owners and provide them with a unique mix of business ideas, insight and networking opportunities.

Local entrepreneur and business owner Peter Barker, founder and brainchild behind the event, along with co-founders Tony Fields (a local mindset and growth expert) and Anna Peck and Michelle Stacey (owners of Midnight Blue Marketing) are keen to make this year’s event bigger and better.

Peter said: ”As an entrepreneur you never stop learning and who you hang around with matters a lot, so we’re excited that this unique event will once again provide like-minded local business owners with a unique opportunity to Learn, Connect and Grow.

“There’ll be some amazing keynote speakers, business workshops, great networking opportunities plus local business experts on hand throughout the day to help and support people with their businesses.”

Crisp Accountancy are backing the event as the headline sponsor this year and were keen to be involved in this innovative event to support small business owners.

Luke Desmond, CEO and founder said: “‘We are absolutely thrilled and honoured to serve as the headline sponsor for the Hertfordshire Business Growth Show.

“This event represents a fantastic opportunity to connect with business owners and communities in Hertfordshire.

”Being a part of this event is not just an exciting business endeavour but a chance to contribute to the growth and prosperity of the Hertfordshire business community.”

In addition to the event supporting local business owners it has also nominated two local charities to benefit from the day and Herts Young Homeless Group and Electric Umbrella will be benefiting from 10% of all the ticket sales plus will be there on the day to promote their charities too.
