The Marlborough Science Academy celebrated a higher percentage of A* and A grades than ever before in this year’s cohort of A level students, with many set to study at Oxford, other universities in the Russell Group or begin apprenticeships.
These excellent results see Marlborough students heading off to some of the country’s top universities including Loughborough, Bath and St Andrews. The school also congratulated its Year 12 pupils on their successful AS-level results.
Departing headteacher Annie Thomson said: “The Marlborough Science Academy is exceptionally proud of all our students who have excelled themselves this year. As always we would like to thank everybody who has supported in encouraging endeavour, courage and curiosity. It was lovely seeing them celebrate their achievements with so many meeting or exceeding their aspirations.”
