Do you remember your first kiss?
I do. I was in Puerto Mogan before It became popular. I met a French boy in the port who was fishing, he asked me to sit down and watch him fish and before I knew it he lent in for a kiss. It was wonderful. I was 15.
Who was your first best friend?
A lovely Chinese foreign exchange student called Sing Ying. I cried for weeks when she left.
What TV did you watch as a child?
Tottie: The Story of a Doll’s House. A long forgotten yet wonderful story about the adventures of a wooden doll.
Have you ever had a nickname?
I have a few. Lottie, Charlie or Carlotta.
Which three people, living or dead, would be your ideal dinner party guests?
Freddie Mercury, Joanna Lumley and Rabbi Abraham Twerski.
Dogs or cats?
Dogs rock.
Do you speak any foreign languages?
Italian but I’m fluent in any language when I’ve had a few glasses of wine 😉
What was your first job?
I worked as a runner for Rocket Pictures, a glorified tea and coffee girl.
It’s where I met David Furnish and Helena Bonham Carter.
What’s your favourite meal?
Spaghetti Vongole all day long.
What’s your favourite place to have breakfast in St Albans?
HATCH is outstanding for breakfast.
